The process chemistry team at Chembricks provides a wide range of services for API development from lead optimization through to NDA.
- Discovery, development of new and existing synthetic routes that are fit-for-purpose optimization and which can be scaled-up for preclinical and early phase clinical evaluation.
- We also do Polymorph and salt/co-crystal screening towards selection of asuitable solid form for API development.
- Crystallization of API and intermediates for process development.
- We also undertake development of synthetic routes and scalable procedures for complex organic molecules and APIs, such as nucleotides, nucleosides and macrolides including those with the synthetic sequences.
